Please Note :

Absence from rehearsals is permitted only in exceptional circumstances.

Advance notice of absence must be given to Mr. Briscoe in writing at least one week prior to proposed date.

Last minute absence must be telephoned to Mr. Briscoe as soon as possible who may refer you to Mr. McBride. This is instead of contacting the CBSM office.

Any issues regarding non - attendance and punctuality will be followed up by Mr. Robert Briscoe and Mr. Paul McBride and relevant CBSM Head of Department.

If you are not able to attend a rehearsal it is your responsibility to ensure that any music which you share is still brought to the rehearsal.
